Prefect Community

Hi team, I just got onto prefect cloud and tried installing the prefect cli via pipx (<https://github.com/pipxproject/pipx>) but the install didn’t pick up the `click` requirement from dask

I’m just going to try installing into a clean virtualenv to see if this is a pipx bug or dask

Okay, confirmed this works fine in a fresh environment, must be a pipx bug (It is -<https://github.com/pipxproject/pipx/issues/233>)
