I'm looking at using perfect scheduler.. can it run entirely offline in an enterprise environment?

Is there other options to having a gui to monitor perfect flows? (Scheduling is optional)

The GUI is driven by Prefect’s Cloud infrastructure, so as of right now there are no completely air-gapped solutions for monitoring Flows
