03/23/2020, 12:30 PMI created a user account on Friday for a colleague @Kostas Chalikias which wasn’t working, and was fixed at some point since then. Perhaps that had this knock on effect… not sure

Great @Arlo Bryer! Yeah it seems like there might be a caching issue, I'll take a look to see if there's anything we can do on our end for that
