Hi I apologize if this is not the appropriate channel, but I'm trying to get a paid plan running on prefect.io and it looks to be unexpectedly difficult for a cloud service.
I was running on the free plan, but when I wanted to finally upgrade i saw this on my Team page:
How can I be on a custom license? I am on the free plan?

Anyway I tried contacting your sales team, but I don't get any reply. Is there a delay that i should expect?

Hey @Luis Muniz we believe we’ve fixed the issue on the backend, so if you haven’t gotten setup yet you should be able to self-serve in the UI now!
