I am having an issue where I created an account using google and then was sent an invitation to my organization's (Datateer) prefect. I followed the invitation and in messages it says that I have joined the group, but I can't see any of the organization's materials. Thanks for the help!

Hi @Chris Marchetti [Datateer] - can you confirm that you are looking at the correct Tenant? If you open up the left-side menu, at the very bottom you can toggle between your tenants. It’s possible you are looking at the dashboard for your individual Developer tenant

I looked at the toggle and there is only one option for my individual tenant

Hmm I can see that you belong to both your individual tenant and the Datateer tenant in the backend

So everything looks normal in the backend - something that has recently confused a few folks is that the Tenant Switcher is a little hidden in the menu bar. Here’s a GIF of how it works:
