Hi, is there a Prefect documentation page that list out all the supported Windows, Linux, MacOS platform versions? it is kind hard to go through trial and error to determine if Prefect will work smoothly with specific version of the OS's

Hi Liren, we test on fairly generic windows, osx, and linux machines - we should run fine on most/any version of these (within reason, we (or rather Python) might not work with extremely old versions of e.g. windows). Nothing in prefect is OS-version specific though. Are you seeing issues with a specific version?

Hi @Jim Crist-Harif, I checked in with one of my collogue and understood it was not Prefect that was OS dependent. It was the docker image to run on compatible Windows releases. We were not able to get Prefect Docker image working on Windows 2019 and also had some issues to get it completely working on Windows 2016. I guess I am kind of looking for a deployment playbook; so it will specific x version of Prefect docker image will work with y version of Windows release.

Ah - for that I'm not sure. Docker on windows isn't some thing I'm very familiar with. Prefect works fine when deployed locally (using the local agent) or on remote machines (kubernetes, ecs, docker on some remote box, etc...) so you're not bound to running on windows. That said, I know we have users happily running docker on windows - usually the issue comes from the docker daemon setup used rather than the images themselves. How have you installed docker?
