Prefect Community

Hi. I can't see the dbt output on Prefect Server while `DbtShellTask` is running. I set the agent default logging to DEBUG using the cli switch and I set Prefect Server's logging level via the env var `PREFECT__LOGGING__LEVEL=DEBUG`
I also tried passing these arguments to `DbtShellTask`
```return_all=True,
log_stdout=True,
log_stderr=True,```
Any ideas?
