Turns out this was caused by me having `,`s at the end of each line, if someone finds parameters suddenly getting converted to tuples!

with Flow("This is a test") as flow:
    path = Parameter(name="path", default="blah"),
    variable = Parameter(name="variable", default="blah"),
    source_crs = Parameter(name="source_crs", default="epsg:4326")
    dataset = open__file(path)
