hey everyone - my cloud account is broken (see pic below). Who should I contact to get the account restored?

Hey @John Ramirez! We’re sorry you’re encountering an issue and we’re here to help! Just so I understand, are you saying that you can’t click to get to your account settings from that page? Is that correct?
That account settings icon is clickable and should take you to a page that looks like this:

nothing works for me on the page. I click on the tab at the top if the page and nothing happens

On the “Your profile” page specifically or the UI in general?

the UI in general. I do get a drop down from the Team tab but I get nothing when clicking on the options.

Okay, try a few of these debugging steps: 1. Give the browser tab a hard refresh: https://www.getfilecloud.com/blog/2015/03/tech-tip-how-to-do-hard-refresh-in-browsers/ 2. Close that browser tab and open a new one
I took a look at your account and everything looks in order
So I suspect a refresh will do the trick
