Hi everyone, I upgraded my Prefect server from

0.14.6

to

0.14.12

and since then I see even when idle, CPU hovers between 10%-50%.

docker stats --all --format "table {{.ID}}\t{{.Name}}\t{{.CPUPerc}}\t{{.MemUsage}}"

shows the following:
