Hello all, has anyone experienced issues with agent health? Long running agent processes have suddenly stopped polling Prefect Cloud

Hey nic, it stalled from 30 minutes ago, and just got restored Im running a couple of prefect local agents on an ubuntu 20.04 system on digitalocean, which is being managed by supervisor

Hmm that makes sense! Ill make sure to check my infra first for sudden outages. Is there anywhere i can also check prefect clouds api health?

Sure! There are 2 places you can do that: 1. In the top right of the Cloud UI, you can see your connection status; clicking on that will let you know if there are any issues with the Cloud API. 2. The other place is the prefect.status.io page, which will let you know of any pending incidents, outages, or maintenance windows.
