Hi - I had this problem a few times. Where I am not able to log on to the webpage. I keeps loading. Do you know why that happens, and how to fix it?

Happened to me this morning too, think the site was slow. I thought it was my works proxy

It has happen on multiple occasions for me where I was unable to get in.

Hi @Kathryn Klarich - one thing you can do to ensure the session resets is to close all Cloud tabs and then visit Cloud again. If you have any other active sessions, it's possible that clearing the cache and hard reloading can't impact the other session.
