Does anyone know about this issue?

I know it can be resolved by installing them with pip, but it looks to be something I should get for free by installing prefect

Hey <@U01UTT5PGD9>, I haven’t seen this before. I suggest pip installing and bringing this up if you see it happen again. You are right that it should come with Prefcet
