so I didn't ask to join this community, and I'm pretty annoyed that Prefect just added me without my permission.

Hi @Cliff Wells, I apologize for the trouble. Just so you know, Slack provides us with no way to add someone to the community without their explicit consent. Slack only allows us to send invitations to people, which we do by posting the public invitation at prefect.io/slack or as part of an email you may have received after onboarding to a service like Prefect Cloud inviting you to join the community. In that event, you need to accept the invitation and create an account (or use SSO) to join and participate. I can disable your account for you immediately.
