Hello, had this basic doubt why should we use the prefect cloud beyond the prefect library which is free and open source?

Hi @Nishtha Varshney - the choice of prefect Cloud vs Prefect Server or Prefect Core really depends on your use case and needs. Cloud is also free up to 10 000 task runs every month so price need not be your deciding factor - many users choose Cloud because they don't want to host their own server or want access to Cloud only features.
