Prefect Community

Hi all, I'd like to add a "create project if not exists" script into my build pipeline (for git branch based work). I know I can do `prefect create project "My Project"` ... is it safe to run this command multiple times?

It seems that the project will only be created once, and I don't see a "list projects" or "check if exists" command.... could do a graphql query, but maybe it isn't worth the trouble?

There is a `--skip-if-exists` flag you can use with the `prefect create project`
