Hello, I have 2 questions about Prefect Cloud: • Is there a list somewhere that detail the information sent to Prefect Cloud from Agents? • Is there documentation around Okta SSO implementation with Prefect Cloud? (more specifically when I when to have multi-tenancy) Thanks in advance for the help :)

Hey @Gaylord Cherencey, so for the agents, they ping the Prefect API and whatever is in the payload of those requests will be sent but that is up to the user. For example, logs are sent, but you can filter these in Python. Data is not sent unless it’s part of your logs or you opt-in and store it as a Prefect Result. Parameter values are stored because they are task outputs also. In general, we don’t see any of the data or code, just keep track of the state around it through the API calls.

@Kevin Kho, thank you for answering, I am asking those questions as we need to go through an internal vendor security review before being able to use a new technology. For logs sent you are talking about the logs created when using

prefect.context.get("logger")

right? Also are you still targeting end of year for SOC 2 Type II report and ISO 27001? (btw we already got access to Prefect Security Whitepaper).

Yes because those logs appear in the UI. But you can filter them with Python too to not send logs with certain words. Have you chatted with the sales team to get the White Paper? As far as I know, we are still on target but I would need to double check on that.

Yes we got in contact with Darren Pinder alongside some quotation for the Entreprise plan

I would say he has the latest information on SOC2. I will follow up on Okta SSO though

Hi @Gaylord Cherencey - SSO is available on all enterprise plans with Prefect Cloud. If you're interested in getting that set up we can set up some time to chat with an account manager who will walk you through the process.

@nicholas actually that would be great to have a chat with someone from your team. I going to be honest we won't be purchasing Prefect Cloud right away (as we have to do an internal assessment before) but we would like to understand how we could use it based on our use cases.
