is it fine/possible to use slack notifier from <https://docs.prefect.io/api/latest/utilities/notifications.html#functions|API functions> (`prefect.utilities.notifications.notifications.slack_notifier()`) as a state handler for <https://docs.prefect.io/api/latest/core/flow.html#flow-2|Flow>?

Yes, that's how my team uses the slack notifier.
