@John Marx I was trying to reproduce. After clicking on Activate in the email, you should see a page where you are creating your team - can you see that?

@John Marx did you click on this activation link immediately after signing up? it could be that the link expired. I will investigate more and get back to you if I find anything. Meanwhile, if you could try again and activate immediately after receiving the email, that could potentially solve the issue.
