Hey all - has anybody had any problems with inviting new team members to the Prefect Cloud? Our users don’t receive anything when invited, tested with different email addresses on different domains. I would appreciate any advice.

Hi @Klemen Strojan - I’m seeing several invitations to your team in our system, are they showing up in your invites tab of the UI? If so, is it possible the invitation emails are going to spam?

I can see two invitations in the UI (we’ve deleted and resend a few in the last couple of days). We’re checking spam and can’t find anything. Let me double check to be sure.
