Is there a repo showcasing variant pipelines? I'd like to be able to scan through the full range of capabilities.

Not exactly but there are a couple of resources. Check the resources here, I suggest filtering with the Community tag to see what users do with Prefect. If you want to see what tasks are available, check here . A lot of these are community contributed so quality may vary, but we have some verified ones. For the community contributed ones, they will still normally serve as good templates to start with.
If you just want a list of features, check here , but I think comparing us with competitors feature vs feature does not really show any indication of the user experience when using the tool. So in that sense, I would encourage more of the resources and blogs to get a better picture
