Anna, for the future, what is the best way to alert Prefect Cloud folks of an issue like this? Is there 24/7 monitoring of this channel?

We monitor all services 24/7 and our infrastructure team gets alerted about any issue and we then track the status here https://prefect.status.io/ - you can subscribe to get notified. But if you want to report some issues, this channel is the right place 👍
