Will a flow restart via the UI use the same

information at time of failure? For example

the flow run specific attributes will be the same because restarts don’t generate a new flow run, instead it continues the old flow run from the failed state. But the task specific attributes may be different e.g. a new task run will get a new task_run_id, task_run_count, etc
