Prefect Community

I've stood up a prefect server instance within a network, I'm able to see the ip:8080, and I'm able to see ip:4200, but if I look at 8080 it's telling me that it cannot connect to:
```Connecting to Prefect Server at ip/graphql:4200```

note that the graphql and port seems mixed up?

Did you just do `prefect server start`? I think that’s the UI trying to connect the graphql but it can’t right? So it’s not mixed up
