I ve stood up a prefect server instance within a network I m able to see the ip 8080 and I m able to see ip 4200 but if I look at 8080 it s telling me that it cannot connect to ```Connecting to Prefect Server at ip graphql 4200```

note that the graphql and port seems mixed up

Did you just do `prefect server start` I think that s the UI trying to connect the graphql but it can t right So it s not mixed up
