Is there any way to preform a rollback on a flow (to a previous version) using the GraphQL api?

Rollbacks dont always do anything for current Prefect because we don’t have guarantees the source for the Flow will exist. But in Orion the versions will be user supplied and you can have multiple concurrent versions
