Unfortunately I'm not able to see this thread @Roey Brecher since it's from outside the Slack message window - given that it's from June, is it still a bug you're seeing and if so would you mind opening a ticket?

An error occurred (ClientException) when calling the RegisterTaskDefinition operation: Too many concurrent attempts to create a new revision of the specified family.

Appears to be amazon complaining about the job family name, but I don’t know if there’s a way around it in the agent config. I had the same problem some time ago, and was never able to find a workaround.

Hm ok - would you mind opening a ticket in the Core repo with whatever details you have?
