We run prefect on-prem, works well :raised_hands:

How do we turn on automations? the docs don’t mention a config section.

I am not sure, but based on this <https://github.com/PrefectHQ/prefect/issues/4978> it seems to me that this might be a cloud only feature.

Bastian is right. Server has <https://docs.prefect.io/orchestration/concepts/cloud_hooks.html|Cloud Hooks> though.

Ok! I’ll have to investigate cloud hooks then. :slightly_smiling_face:

Any word on when automations might land in server?

It likely won’t because it relies on stuff not shipped with Server.

Perhaps then the “Automations” tab should be made invisible in server UI?
