Not exactly. We’re still bringing current Prefect to a stable 1.0. No public timetable for Orion stable release.

Are there improvements to the UI on the table? Currently on 0.15.1 and often the UI crashes our M1 macs

Yes definitely….but a lot of our team develops on M1 macs. What issues do you see?

Mostly a lot of RAM consumption specifically on the Prefect tabs. Say, 20 tabs of flows running

Also i’ve noticed that when we have named mapped flows, the search UI doesn’t work for the tasks (as of 0.15.1)

Ah ok. Even in current Prefect (1.0), we do have a lot of initiatives to increase performance. Orion should be much better (mobile-friend in fact). We’re well aware of the sluggishness of the UI in some cases.

I wouldn’t know if there are specific changes that have happened that would help you here, but I would personally say just upgrade to 1.0 when it comes because there will be work put into improving performance of the current UI
