Hi folks,
Is there a way to drop the default label when using `prefect build` to generate json for flow registration? There doesn't seem to be an option in the cli as there is for local agents, unless I've missed something.

I think you attach it to the Storage or you can do
```with Flow(..) as flow:
    ...
flow.storage.add_default_labels=False```
and maybe build will not have it in the registration json
