Hi folks, any reason why there is no “Running”  state filter (please see the attached screenshot)

Just following up - <https://github.com/PrefectHQ/ui/pull/675|this PR> will fix the missing running states and has been merged to the master branch for build-time testing; I expect it to be released later today or tomorrow :slightly_smiling_face:

<@UN6FTLFAS> - revisiting this thread for a similar request - any reason why `Cached`  is not in the dropdown list ?
