Hi! May you provide someone professional in sales team? I talk to guy but he don’t know anything about product, he explained 0 differences between free and paid version…. Just interested to sell black box for 3000$

@Jeremiah Hi! Why we are talking about technical resources?… I read docs, I use this community, everything works great…. no technical questions.. I am using prefect cloud in production. works fine. And now I need more flows ASAP As I mentioned Kyle don’t know differences between paid and free version, there not only flows concurrency difference)) I ask him many times but heard only bla-bla and promises that he will send me presentation about differences. I still didn’t see it. And still don’t know why we have to spend 3 days more for another one nonsensical call while you can type email immediately, or it is so hard for your sales?

Hi Ruslan, as someone who helped train the Prefect Sales team on technical qualifications I can assure you that they know what they’re talking about and have no desire to sell a black box. I’m not sure what you hope to achieve by publicly naming and maligning one of the members of that team, but it is deeply unappreciated and goes against a core tenet of this community to always assume positive intent in your interactions. Going forward from here, you have 2 options for purchasing Prefect Cloud: • reach back out to your sales representative to discuss your pricing options, as he would be happy to reconnect and clarify any confusion points • self-serve a Cloud contract from the UI; note that we will be updating our pricing model in the next week so you might benefit from waiting until that time

I don’t care about pricing options. I am talking about functionality options. Nowhere information about it. And I see only 1 option to clarify this moment… self-service))) try docker, try free cloud, try concurrency model, try successful runs model and check differences, everything self-service, great, i’m very happy to pay such a guys 3000$/month 😂
