Hi, one of my team members is reporting that when he opens cloud.prefect.io it renders like this in both Safari and Chrome. He is using macOS 10.15.7. Has anyone seen this happen before and have any ideas what could cause it? We'll look at installed extensions but it's strange that it occurs on different browsers.

Hi @Aric Huang - depending on their network/firewall, some stylesheets could be getting blocked. Have them open the user menu in the top right corner and toggle on/off the experimental dark mode theme
