Hi team. Great work with Prefect. I have been trying out Prefect today and got my simple flow to run on ECS Fargate.
My only comment regarding the UI is, when I start a run, I may have some custom setting such as:
• An extra environment
• A different command
• An extra label
• A different image version
• More memory
When I revisit these runs, I don’t see these settings at all, so it is hard to keep track of what is happening in a flow, or how to reproduce the same run for debugging. It would be convenient to see these info when inspecting a run.

Of course we can go back to ECS Cluster, and inspect a task to see what image and ENVs have been used, but it requires using the AWS Console, and to be able to map a Prefect run with an ECS task.

Hi @Kha Nguyen - this is great feedback, thank you! I'll add a ticket to better expose these on the run page 🙂
