Hi all. It appears that something funny is going on with Docker. I am getting an error related to pip upgrade using the standard prefect docker file. any idea what that could be?

I can't reproduce this myself, how/when are you running upgrade command? What kind of machine are you using?

it appears to have resolved itself. Did you guys by any chance push anything up to docker hub?
