Hi all. It appears that something funny is going on with Docker. I am getting an error related to pip upgrade using the standard prefect docker file. any idea what that could be?

Hey Devin, there's an issue for something like that at https://github.com/pypa/pip/issues/5448 I can't reproduce this myself, how/when are you running upgrade command? What kind of machine are you using?
