Anybody else getting the white screen of death when they try to navigate directly to cloud.prefect.io? Steps to replicate (as best I can tell): 1. Log into cloud.prefect.io 2. Close all pages 3. Open a new tab and type cloud.prefect.io into the nav bar

Hi @eli - this was a bug on our end that seems to have affected some portion of users - it should be fixed now if you hard refresh to grab the latest UI version (shift + refresh button will work in chrome)

cmd+R not help
it seems like cloud on macos chrome working not stable, last month always similar problems

Hi @Ruslan - cmd+R just reloads your tab but doesn’t empty the cache, please use the instructions above.

Hi @Ruslan, can you try opening the dev tools (you can find these using the menu > More tools > Deceloper Tools in the top right of chrome) and then long-pressing the refresh button with your mouse (the hot key will not work) and selecting “Empty cache and hard reload”

actually damn. I spoke to soon. got the login screen, but then blank page once logged in 😞
it seems touch and go
but better
it came back once hard refreshed after login too

Hey @Devin Gonier -- we're looking into this right now
What browser are you using?
We suspect an old version of the UI is being cached and we're purging the cache -- we'll keep you updated.

I am switching between firefox and Chrome to try and get the best results
It really only seems to happen when you close a tab and then try to get back to where you were. Sometimes you get a Not allowed and tells you to go back to homepage, and it creates this loop. After a while it seems to reset
but so far this morning after some hard refreshing of cache its been okay

it didnt. but then I changed the after a couple of refreshes and changing the slug to /wageup/ it reconnected
needed a couple refreshes and slug change and then it reconnected
I just refreshed and it went blank again. I am gonna send you the console log as a file

could be CORS related Access to fetch at 'https://universal.prefect.io/oauth2/aus9ej78aeaYy8Lcf1d6/v1/userinfo' from origin 'https://cloud.prefect.io' has been blocked by CORS policy: Response to preflight request doesn't pass access control check: No 'Access-Control-Allow-Origin' header is present on the requested resource. If an opaque response serves your needs, set the request's mode to 'no-cors' to fetch the resource with CORS disabled.
but maybe it will be better tomorrow once the CDN updates. anyway... hope that helps

things have gotten a bit wonky again. I was able to get back in after a few attempt, but it seems like its taking me all over the place. It wanted me to create a new team at one point
I can send you a console log the next time it happens.

it just terminated, but heads up...
and I am now logged in, but for a while it was just refreshing over and over again

We've introduced some fixes that involve retries until we can fix an upstream issue with Okta so this may not be entirely unexpected.
Although I'd be excited if I could reproduce it
Did you do anything in particular?

Hi @eli - did this happen at log-in? As Michael noted above we've added fixes that involve retries (and should have removed that white screen) but we're still tracking the issue so any more information would be helpful.
