Hi @Ruslan - cloud is healthy but looks like there's something odd going on for you! Thanks for letting us know about it. Can you let me know a few things: 1. What browser are you using? 2. What’s the name (or slug) of your team (also called tenant) 3. What happens when you click the drop down menu at the top? (Next to the perfect logo and where you'd usually switch teams or select a flow). Also have you tried opening an incognito window? And what happens if you do a hard refresh?

Hi! Same thing happening to me. It used to work until today. I'm using Google Chrome. Logging in and out and refreshing don't change anything. Clicking on prefect logo does nothing.
In incognito mode it does work properly

Thanks @Jérémy Trudel - we’re looking into this but having difficulty recreating. One more question- did this happen on log in? Or was the window open for a while before it went blank? And if so, any idea how long it was open for?

This happens to me all the time too
Intermittently both on login, and after leaving a flow run details page in the background for several hours

Experiencing the same issue. I’ve tried closing the browser tab, logging in and out but I get the same loading screen as @Ruslan.
