We're on the standard plan with a 3 user limit, I deleted one person so I could add someone else but I'm still seeing "Your team has no invites available"
Though when I look at my account, I see "You can invite up to 1 user"

Hmm. Would you mind providing the name/slug of your tenant? That'll help us troubleshoot what could be happening here.

Does your account state that you are under a standard plan on your end?

Yes, but it should still be possible to have 3 users, if we only have 2 (since I deleted one) shouldn't I be able to add a new user?
i.e. in one place my account says I can add one user, but I'm blocked from actually doing it

Ah, I see what is occurring here. The screenshot of your plan states that you are allotted one user. It does not mean that you have one invite remaining. If you are on 1.0, then the tenant should only have 1 user under the free tier (which, in this case, is your user account).
The wording is a bit confusing, I understand where the confusion is coming from.
Note that the pricing on our website is for 2.0, not 1.0, https://www.prefect.io/pricing

Ahhh, is this something that changed on this tier of account? Because we were able to have 3 users until now
we plan to do the 2.0 upgrade but haven't gotten to it yet

I believe standard plans in 1.0 accommodate for 3 users. If at any point you were on a standard plan, it would make sense why you were able to have 3 users.

Hmm, we certainly haven't downgraded and we had 3 users until I deleted one today 🤷

Just to clarify, you were at one point on a standard plan?
Because the screenshot shows that the tenant is currently on a free tier plan.
Sorry if I'm being redundant, just want to be sure I'm not missing something.

No totally cool, I think I was incorrect when I said standard plan earlier, when I was glancing to find details earlier I think I looked at the pricing plan and assumed we were on the one that appeared highlighted. I could be wrong but I don't think we've changed our plan at any point to date so we've been on Free the whole time, and we had 3 users.
That's why I was expecting to be able to delete one and add one back, I just want us at the same # of users we've had to date

Hey Claire, we were able to confirm that your tenant was created prior to an account policy change that occurred a few months ago. I'm going to bump your user count to 3, so you'll be able to send out the invite.
Send out the invite and ping us if you run into any issues.
