in prefect cloud 1.0 how can we find the tasks that block a task concurrency limit?

not easy - you would need to write some GraphQL queries and I don't have any queries at hand showing how to do it - the UI only shows the number of slots used but doesn't show directly which tasks occupy those slots

Yes, and we have no flows running and still tasks blocking. But we discovered we had a bigger „incident” with prefect and I suspect this is related. Is there a way to file a support ticket?

Well we got things working again. Not sure yet what was the root cause and why the automations did not notify us. Hence the support ticket. We are paying for support already so we will contact you on Monday.
