anyone getting 500 in prefect apis while triggering workflows?

Their api status page mentions a disruption and that they’re investigating:

Looks like it has recovered, but the flows that run during that time are stuck in pending status and cancelling them will make them stuck in cancelling status. We end up deleting the runs instead.

we have the same issue, but even after deleting it's not executing

ok, after deleting all Late runs and everything from the past few hours that didn't complete, it's now working as expected

<@U03FYEHGY57> I'd like to hear more about this issue. We had 272 late flow runs when I noticed. They started around midnight mountain time. As Karol said, after deleting all the late runs, new runs appeared to run successfully again. Does that mean nothing was running that whole time? Or did it run and prefect cloud just didn't get the correct status update?

Hi James, during the disruption, any work that was already in progress likely continued to execute, but could not report final state. Any scheduled runs that had not started yet, would not have been able to run.
