Weird postgresql behavior I set up a self-hosted prefect 2 server and plugged it in to a managed postgresql db (on ovh), used exclusively for prefect. Since setting up a 3 months ago, the db grew to 90% and keeps growing linearly in time. The db growth seems unrelated to our prefect usage, we run piplines in bursts every few weeks (where we see some tiny spikes in usage) but the db grows even when not running any flows. These are % of the 320GBs allocated for the db, so it seems like a lot of data stored. Any ideas? is this expected? I have no experience with postgresql, this is my first managed database setup.
