Also in a google colab notebook, when calling a flow, the first time I run that specific code block I always get: Timed out while attempting to connect to ephemeral Prefect API server. Only the second time when executing that same block it works. How can this be fixed?

This is an issue with Prefect's ephemeral server that we have been unable to replicate and trap!
