Hello all and Prefect Team! I just noticed that the 'Sandbox' plan has been renamed 'Free,' and a limit has been added: '*Flow & Task runs limit: 5,000 runs/day*.' I don't think this was the case a few weeks ago. This limit makes me quite sad, has anyone else encountered this limit? @ Prefect Team: Is this limit also applied to existing users? The price of 1850 dollars has also been removed from the Pro plan. Is it possible to get an idea of the current pricing?

Hi Jo, thanks for your message! For teams that are interested in the Pro plan, our sales team works with with them 1:1 to see what their needs are in regard to security, workflow volume, support requirements, and user seats. We are also offering specialized pricing for academic teams, non-profits, and startups. All of these things are factored in to the contract proposal. If you're interested in the Pro plan, I can DM to get you in touch with our sales folks!
For the 5,000 runs/day, I'll circle back to get you more clarification on that. Do you have a rough number of how many runs you go through a day? Your workspace dashboard should give you an idea

Hey @Bianca Hoch, Thanks so much for your reply! I’d be happy to chat with the sales team. I’m currently building a POC, and I’m running about 5,000-6,000 tasks per day. A few days ago, I removed the task decorator from some functions to stay under the 5,000 limit. In the next few months, I estimate I’ll be running 180K+ flows/tasks per day.

@Bianca Hoch I was also sad to see this. Functionally the limit has fallen from ~500K runs/day to 5K. There’s a huge amount of value in the free tier of Prefect Cloud, so I really, truly appreciate how generous you all have been. But this is a very significant change and will definitely force me to adjust my approach to using Prefect, even for relatively small personal projects 😞

@Bianca Hoch Is there any chance to get more clarification on what exactly this limit means? The pricing page just states: "The runs limit is based on the aggregate count of flow runs and task runs." So if I have 1 flow with 2 tasks in it? Is this counted as: • 1 run, because I have 1 flow? • 2 runs, because I have 2 tasks? • 3 runs because I have 1 flow, with 2 tasks?
