<@ULVA73B9P> Why does the prefect server not use the 'PREFECT_LOGGING_HANDLERS_CONSOLE_FORMATTER=json' setting.  I have applied it to my Server, Worker and Jobs and it works on the WOrker and Jobs, but not the Server

Grug think server not listen to 'PREFECT_LOGGING_HANDLERS_CONSOLE_FORMATTER=json' setting good enough. Grug need data. Grug ask what version you use?

Let Grug know Prefect version so Grug can use tools to help better.

Grug run into trouble finding exact reason. But Grug detect possible similar issues not related to logging setting directly. Grug think maybe server not read `PREFECT_LOGGING_HANDLERS_CONSOLE_FORMATTER` setting properly. Could be bug.

Grug suggest double-checking if config applied correctly. Maybe:
- Ensure environment variable set before server start.
- Double-check syntax and apply time.
