Prefect Community

Prefecters, anyone know how to get the Prefect Server to use the Json Log Handler?  I added this `PREFECT_LOGGING_HANDLERS_CONSOLE_FORMATTER`  to my Servers, Workers, Jobs  and it works on the Worker and the Jobs, but not on the Server.

Hey Gregory! That sounds like it could be a bug -- the same env vars should work on the server; would you mind opening a bug report for this on GitHub?
