hi! I just ran Prefect 3.0 for the first time and... I have no idea what this is :sweat_smile:

it's not mentioned in <https://docs-3.prefect.io/3.0rc/get-started/quickstart#connect-to-prefects-api>

try prefect server start --help. i bet there is an option to automate the input. this always happened in past versions, it just didn't force input and used the env var if it was there else ran locally
