Hello Community. We saw a weird bug when we had a users attempt to sign in to Prefect Cloud. Context Permissions: Member Previous Login Issues: None Browsers: Chrome & Safari This morning when a user signed in they were greeted with the following screen (attached) No sign of the company workspace. We did see that the login was successful by viewing the Profile in the bottom left of the screen. Clearing cookies and changing browsers entirely did not resolve the issue. After navigating through the process of creating a new workspace, the user was able to then see the company workspace using the dropdown menu on the top left. However, when clicked it prompted the user to create a new workspace with the same name as the existing one. Direct links to flow runs or deployments resulted in a 404 page for the user. The only solution that worked was to increase the permissions for the user to Owner or Admin--both worked. Ideally we’d like to not have to increase the permissions. Has anyone else ever ran into anything like this before? First time seeing it on our end for multiple member roles.
