In 2.0, is there a way to see a list of running/not-running agents similar to that in Cloud 1.0?

Not yet, but we are working on a design for that - we'll definitely let everyone know in the #announcements once this becomes available but it may take time this means that if you need monitoring for your agent process right now, you may explore using some external tool collecting infrastructure metrics to validate the health or (preferably) run your agent in some self-healing service such as Kubernetes Deployment, ECS service, supervisor process to ensure the daemon process is always up
