Hello, is it just me or does anybody else also feel like Prefect 2 docs and UI are a downgrade compared to Prefect 1 docs and UI ? I feel Prefect 1 has much more polished and intuitive docs as well as the main UI. Is this because the main focus right now on Prefect 2 is to get the core framework right and then docs and UI will be upgraded and polished to bring it to Prefect 1 level ?

Considering Prefect 2.0 has only gone into GA at the end of July I would say for you get the product is amazing. The documentation is actively being worked on, that going to take some time, but it will get there. Prefect is entire re-imaging the task orchestration system. The level of flexibility you get with it and ease converting entire workflows into reusable tasks is par none. It always harder re-designing a system from scratch. Making things look pretty isn't super hard nowadays and polish comes with time. The last thing i want to point out as well is how great the folks at Prefect are. They actively engage with the community. The speed at which they respond to and add fixes is amazing. Just today three of my requested changes/findings were all fixed and added into main

Totally agree, the core framework is where I have seen a huge leap in Prefect 2.0 and Prefect team is amazing. My question is more from the curiosity perspective rather than criticism, just trying to get more visibility into the roadmap of 2.0 since these points typically are considered carefully in large organizations for making decisions on tooling.

Yea I hear you the road map, I think it would be helpful to prospective clients to see what is going to happen with the product 4+ months from now.
